FAQ

Buying, deposits, wrong network, withdrawals and account security.

Buying

How is the price of DOTO set?

Each step has a fixed price announced in advance. Steps change with time only, and each step costs more than the one before it.

What is the quote?

When you enter an amount, the price of the active step is locked for you for a short time, and the quote shows how long is left. If you do not confirm within that time, a fresh quote is shown.

What happens if a step sells out?

If less volume is left than you asked for, only that much is bought and the rest of your USDT stays in your balance. Once the volume reaches zero, buying is closed until the next step starts.

Deposits

Which network do I deposit USDT on?

Only USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), and only to your own address on the deposit page.

When is my deposit credited?

After the required network confirmations. The deposit page shows how many are needed and how far along they are.

What is the minimum deposit?

The deposit page shows the minimum next to your address. A deposit under it is recorded but not added to your balance. If you made one, open a ticket with the transaction hash.

Wrong network

What if I send on the wrong network or token?

That deposit will not show in your account. Open a ticket in the “Deposit” category with the transaction hash and support will follow it up.

Withdrawals

When can I withdraw DOTO?

Public sale purchases can be withdrawn under the withdrawal policy of the step they were bought in. Private sale purchases stay locked until listing.

Why is part of my DOTO locked?

Each purchase has its own release schedule. The portfolio page shows the date and amount of the next release.

What are the withdrawal fees?

The withdrawal page shows the fee and minimum for each asset, and you see the final amount before you confirm.

Security

Why do withdrawals need 2FA?

Every withdrawal is confirmed with an email code and a Google Authenticator code, so your assets stay safe even if your email is compromised.

I have lost my 2FA or access to my email.

Send a request from the account recovery page. After a review and a 7-day wait your access is restored, and withdrawals are locked for 48 hours.

The DotOne network

Which network is DOTO on?

DOTO is the token of the DotOne network. The network is introduced at dotone.online and its technical guide is at docs.dotone.online.

Where can I see my DOTO withdrawal transaction?

On the Dotscan block explorer (dotscan.one). Your account history links to each transaction.

What wallet do I need to withdraw DOTO?

An address on the DotOne network. The docs explain how to create a wallet.

Where can I see the network status?

uptime.dotone.online shows the live status of the services.
